How it works
Create or copy a Gumroad access token
Gumroad places API access tokens in Settings, under Advanced, inside the application/API area.
Paste it into the listing form
The site uses it server-side to ask Gumroad for your products. It is never stored in the public catalog.
Your public listings appear
We save product names, thumbnails, prices, categories, creator slug, and Gumroad links so shoppers can browse them.
Delete with the same ownership proof
Paste a valid token again and we remove every local listing from the same Gumroad creator slug.
Safety
What we store
Stored: public product listing data, including product title, image, price, category, creator name/slug, and Gumroad product URL.
Not stored: Gumroad access tokens, passwords, email addresses, customer data, payout details, or account sessions.
Removal: the delete form uses a fresh token only long enough to identify your creator slug, then removes matching local listings.

Where to find your token
Sign in to Gumroad, open Settings, then Advanced, and create an application. Gumroad says that for a token used only with your own account, the redirect URI can be http://127.0.0.1.
After creating the application, use Generate access token. Treat the token like a password, paste it into VRC Stash only when importing or deleting listings, then keep it private.
